Our founder, Tommy McCulley, spent 25+ years in banking before starting Dash Solutions (formerly Prepaid Technologies). He spent decades watching banks struggle to solve payment challenges for their business customers. Our first offering was a solution to help businesses move 100% of their employees to direct deposit through a payroll card offering that anyone could qualify for, as these employers had many unbanked employees. This has evolved over the years into a suite of payment solutions to help businesses operate more effectively, which includes lines of business that support Pay, Rewards, Expense Management, Channel incentives, recognition and commercial disbursements.  Healthcare payouts have been a recent market for major expansion offering solutions for medical staff and patient recognition programs, patient refunds, clinical trial stipends, and health and wellness disbursements.   #### **2.
